The tolerance on this so called RJ45 Crimp Tool is way off. It does not even crimp the CAT6 Connectors properly, and it also does not cut off the coloured individual wires after the crimp. The CAT6 Connectors are obviously not compatible with this generic blue Chinese RJ45 Crimp Tool, which is truly awful in every way.A Pound Shop generic RJ45 Crimp Tool would be of far higher quality than this absolute trash. How on earth are amazon selling this junk, as is simply does not work and could never work with the provided CAT6 Connectors.This is the second RJ45 Crimp Tool that I bought off Amazon that did not work! But this is without doubt the worst product I have ever bought in my life. There is not even instruction in the package, or proper instructions on the amazon website, but luckily for me I have made Ethernet cables for years, otherwise I would have been lost.

The Crimps are okay for the price they do the job, BUT, the plugs that they come with are rubbish. The brass teeth in the plugs are too short to bite into the cable with this crimp. I had to use cat5 Ideal plugs from Screwfix which worked well with the crimp and the blade did an average job of cutting the feed through ends.

For the price they are fine. I had to crimp it with the non pass through tool then to cut the wires I used this tool. Does a job, quicker than checking and checking if your wires are all the way through.

Never fully cuts the wires always have to use a knife for the end. The connectors work luckily. If I had just bought the crimper I would have sent it back.

I bought this product a few months ago, I didn't use it right away. I only unpacked it today and its a worthless piece of garbage. It doesn't crimp sufficiently to cut the ends of the terminator RJ45, worse still, it crimp force doesn't induce the conduction required to make the connection. Really Really poor.

Don't do it. Don't buy it. It is rubbish. I made the mistake of purchasing the piece of rubbish when I couldn't find my original criming tool during a house move. I am surprised Amazon allow this seller to trade. I would ask for a rufund but I have made so many attempts with the other fittings that came with the tool. I have made lots of RJ45 cables in the past and this is crap. There seems to be a problem with cutting the ends of the cable when inserted in the RJ45 cutter. Poor quality.
