Almost, but hurt my ears
SMARTOMI: the good, the bad, and the ugly. First off, I have to start by saying I did receive a pair of these for review. Having said that, this review is exactly what I think. I tested them on an iPhone 7 Plus and my Dell work laptop’s Bluetooth. The good:Battery Life - I was able to listen to a full day at work of music. A full day! They finally died the following day when I came in to work. Charging wasn’t too bad; maybe an hour and a half.Sound Quality – You get what you get from earbuds. When I compared them to my Apple airpods, they did sound a little muffled, but they have good bass and for an earbud sound fine.Microphone – No one complained. They said they could hear me clearly, except when I turned my head away from the mic. Since it’s on the wire, you can move away from the mic. Just one thing you have to remember, if you’re use to using airpods.Headphone Jack – This is great, because while they were charging, I was able to plug in my computer speaker cable and still listen to music from my laptop thorugh the headphones. The Bad:The “brick” that houses everything is huge and cumbersome. It comes with a clip and can be clipped on your shirt, but it’s definitely in the way. They do not charge while listening. I really wanted to plug in the brick and keep listening, but nope. As soon as you plug them in to start charging, you cannot use the Bluetooth function.Wires are everywhere. With most “wireless” earbuds, they aren’t truly wireless. I understand that, but moist of them loop around your neck out of the way. These are really long and dangle in front of you. They are lightweight and do not restrict movement, but they definitely can get in the way.The Ugly:Comfort. As I said, I wear headphones all day to listen to music while at work. These start out being comfortable, but after a few hours, the plastic behind the earphone sticking out starts hurting your ears. Once it starts hurting, there’s no turning back. I powered through it one day, and after that I’ve only worn them sparingly over the past few days. I tried every tip that came with them, but the plastic is what hurts. I’ll upload a picture if what I mean. If not for this, I’d give them 4 stars and say buy them. Conclusion:I do really like the headphones and they sound fine, but the comfort thing is a huge problem for me. They need to redesign the plastic so that it sits further away from your ears. If you have small ears that sit flush against your head, I’d say go for it. You’ll probably enjoy them. But if you have a big head with bulky ears like me, you should look for a different pair.

Good but can be Improved
The main strength of the Motto Headphones is the extra 3.5 mm port It has on one of the sides.I was really surprised to see this, because It opens the possibility of connecting whatever device you’d like to It. Besides being a Bluetooth headphone, it has the capacity of working as a Bluetooth receiver for any devices that work with a 3.5 mm jack. This is useful in case you are planning on watching movies or sharing your headphones with someone else, because each of you can have their own pair. The sound streaming is mirrored on the 3.5 mm jack connected device and in the in-built headphones of the device at the same time. Here you have a list of my observations:Pros- Wireless mirrored streaming on the in-built headphones and any other device connected to the 3.5 mm port- Light, portable and good battery life- Cables are of very strong and of decent quality- Excellent range (you can walk around your house without losing connection)- Decent Mic- Sound is clear, loud and the headphones tips fit easily on your ear.- The Led indicator is very useful for charging or knowing when noise cancel is active- Works as a Bluetooth receiver- Great packing and includes a sleeve to put them after useCons- Even if It’s light, you need to have a kind of bulky receiver hanging somewhere around you- Not waterproof, would be great If they added plastic covers for the USB and aux port- The aux port was a little too wide for my headphones, had to keep re-plugin them to find a good sound- Not really noise cancelling, reduces the environment noise a bit but you still hear everything- Price too high, would totally recommend them for under 40 bucks …Overall, I would give them a 7/10 but this because I am a runner who sometimes get caught under the rain. If they make them water proof the score would go to 8/10 which is pretty good.

Cheap "ACTIVE" Noise cancelling bluetooth/wireless headphones
Wow. I can't believe I found ACTIVE noise cancelling headphones for $20! I was expecting to pay $70-100 for a compact active noise cancelling wireless headset.I bought these headphones for use on a airplane. When you activate the noise cancelling feature on this product it effectively reduces the background noise in the airplane (engine/cabin noise). The end result is you can hear your music or movie content much better. To be fair the effectiveness of the active noise cancelling doesn't come close to over the ear headphones (headphones that cover your whole ear) but that is to be expected. However when compared to the my other set of compact "wired" active noise cancelling headphones (I have the Audio-Technica ATH-ANC23) the noise cancelling feature is comparable. The only real gripe I have with this product is turning it on and off. It's not an on/off switch. You hold down the power button and when doing so you hear beeps for on and beeps for off. I'd prefer the on/off notification would just say "power off" or "power on" The reason why I say that is because a couple times I thought I turned my unit off but it was left on. So the next time I used the product the battery was dead.Pros:- cheap- wireless active noise cancelling- compact design- comes with carrying case- to charge it uses a standard micro usb cableCons- battery lasts 7 hours (well not really a con, just wished it lasted a little longer)
