This is the second letter I have purchased. This letter is fantastic. It is so light you can pick it up with one finger but is extremely stable. The full-size steps are great. The handle at the top to study yourself is great and most importantly it folds up to be only about an inch and a half wide so you can hide it anywhere in your closet, I also appreciate the soft mat and the brushed nickel. Very modern to match home decor

Bought this ladder for a client, I'm building her an custom closet. Large space (9' x 15') and ten foot ceilings. Putting a 2' wide overhead storage shelf around the perimeter and shelving units up to 8'. She is about 5'4", this ladder is perfect for her to access upper shelves. Ladder build quality is better than expected. Deep steps with excellent traction grooves, folds very flat so easy to store (building hook block to hang on wall). Very stable and easy to fold and unfold, good rubber feet (not hard plastic to slide around on tile floor). The color of the woodgrain is excellent and goes well with the custom woodwork. I really like the light weight so it's easy to handle but not flimsy, locks open and stays put. Very happy with purchase.

This ladder is lightweight yet so very sturd. I feel very safe when on the top rung!!

We are in our mid-seventies. This ladder is sturdy enough that we are comfortable using it. But, light enough to move easily.

I just got this lovely ladder IT'S BEAUTIFUL! Took longer to get it out of the box then set it up lol.Very stable safe and lightweight. I can reach high places, just changed light bulbs in my kitchen ceiling fan and I have high ceilings. I am able to store it along side of my upright freezer it's totally compact when folded.The reason for 4 starts is I wish the bar on top was higher, I can't use the top step my knees would be at the bar and nothing to hold on. It would be nice if you could raise it higher when in use.Other than that I'll be using this almost daily for the projects around "THIS OLD HOUSE!"Best purchase I've made in a long time!I highly recommend!

I am 72 and vertically challenged. I wanted to feel safe while organizing the top shelves of my closet, kitchen, and pantry. Our old 3 step steel ladder was not working because I needed to stand on the top step and couldn’t reach the handrail from that position. Also it was heavy and clunky to move around. I’ve been looking at ladders for months. Some ladders (even aluminum) were too heavy. Some had small steps except at the top. Some had top handrails that were too low. I finally found this ladder in my Amazon search. It has 4 steps but I only need the third step. The handrail is tall enough from the third step to make me feel stable and secure. The steps are all non-slip, large and the same size. It weighs less than 12 pounds and is easy to carry around the house. It opens and closes smoothly. And it folds to a 2 inch profile so It can be stored in many narrow spaces. I have zero complaints and highly recommend this ladder!

Ladder serves it's purpose well. It has 4-steps that are wide and is sturdy allowing me to move things on a 8' tall shelf. It's also light enough that I can easily move it around the house, up stairs, etc. to do what I need to do. It isn't the heavy duty type of ladder you'd want if you were say putting up joists, but for moving a suitcase, a box of clothes, or getting that nasty mixing bowl you shoved up in a rush on the top shelf without washing it, it's perfect!

I recently had a new kitchen fitted with tall storage units on the wall, the top shelf of which I had no hope of reaching with my diminutive 5' 3" frame. I didn't want a plasticky or industrial looking stepladder, but the only wooden ones either converted to a chair - not useful to hide in a cupboard - or were far too expensive. This stepladder has smooth folding action and enables me to reach the higher shelves without it looking as if I'm about to paint the ceiling. Highly recommended
