Its probably early days but after 2 weeks haven't noticed any difference. Yes my appetite seems to be suppressed but no weight loss. I only eat two meals a day and I would consider them relatively healthy. I exercise every day albeit walking 3 to 5 miles a day with my dogs. The only thing I've noticed is i seem to be having a few hot flushes which I don't like I went through the menopause years ago. Do these tablets have that effect be interesting to know if anyone else has experienced this

I love the fact that this product makes me sweat intake it in the morning afternoon and night so 3 a day and I have struggled with my weight for many years and got stuck for so long! Have these a go and already lost 1 stone 1 pound. You do have to change your eating habits this will help massively because you can’t stuff your face with junk and expect this tablet to get rid of what you ate in a week over night it won’t.
