I got these for an awesome price, they're 200 mg. and it's usually more expensive. I don't know the current pricing, but the quality of this ubiquinol is good.

I have tried many CoQ10 brands and I always come back to this one. It makes me so much happier while taking it which means it's helping with my mood. It also regulates my cycle to where it used to be when I was in my early twenties. I love this CoQ10 and I will keep taking it.

Easy to swallow capsule even though it is pretty big. Very soft and they stick together in the jar.

Great energy booster. Take a break every few weeks to keep the "boost" Pair with creatine and cordyceps for big boosts.

This was recommended by my internist. The Twin pack was a better value, but right now they are out of stock.
