Q: My water used to be delicious but now that I changed the filter no one can stand it and there is residue in my ice. Anyone else have this problem?

you need to be sure to "flush" the system per instructions after installing new filters. Otherwise you get strange stuff in your water.

Q: Im trying to reorder these filters however keep getting the message that item is bot deliverable to my address. Is this item no longer available?

No, it could be for a many different reasons. For example I get that message when a big size items can’t be delivered to Amazon Hub Locker due to the Size. Then I change the delivery to my Home or Work Address and it is all good then. Try changing your delivery address or contact Amazon or Seller directly
