I would like to change my previous review I took these tablets and they tasted incredibly bitter 🤮 however in all honesty they did the job extremely well and brought my blood sugars down from 6.5 to 5.0 in just 15mins as a result I have lost 5lbs in just 3 days. I would consider purchasing again but I would have preferred a brand regulated in the UK

Helps sugar levels and with carbs

Taste isn’t nice. Easy to take. Haven’t see a lot to do with performance. No quality to know about. No weight loss at moment

This supplement may be a good Bernadine supplement, however the unpleasant taste from the capsules is unacceptable. I have to rinse the capsules before taking them.I will not be repeating this order.

It caused constipation

Had 40 capsules instead of the 60 advertised .
