Very effective
Clean the hair with normal shampoo and then evenly apply about 10-15 ml on the hair and wait for 10 minutes. Care should be taken that the shampoo doesn't fall on eyes. All the lice and eggs were killed in one application in my daughter's case. I also told my wife to apply on the same day and to soak pillow covers and bed sheets in hot water and wash and dry it in hot sun. It's two months now, not a single lice yet. The medicine in the shampoo is ivermectin, which we normally take for deworming and is safe. It's advisable for kids above 6 years.

1 wash is more effective
use after a regular shampoo wash & then use ivrea shampoo. after 1 wash it was completely vanished from head very useful.
