Product performs well. It's in my bedroom so to be able to turn off the backlight is a nice feature for when I sleep. Seems to be accurate as well. It does exactly what it is supposed to. My only objection might be to the the fact that I cannot keep less than a 5 percent difference on the humidity, but that is to be expected for any machine like this to perform accurately. And it's really not alot if you understand humidity. Still gets 5 stars. I also mis understood the timer option: it allows you up to four on/off cycles; whereas my need was for 24 hour continuous on/off sequence. (3 min on, 5 min off, all day long) but that is no fault of the product. It's still wonderful and I was able to get pretty close to what I need. I use it for my martha tent for mushrooms, not animals, so it still performs well and makes my life easier. It's a good product for the right price.

Overall great product, makes reptile keeping easier. Programming is simpler than you think. My only wish is that would use better quality wire for the probes. Gets stiff after some heat exposure and use

Works great, only thing I would change is the suction cups. I think they are a little weak but not terrible.

I did not order a used one so I was surprised by the dog fur, disheveled box, and lack of paperwork/directions and way to mount the controller. The next one did not display numbers correctly but came with the directions and mounting velcro.

Worked fine until it didn't. It's the only device of its kind that I can find. It had an electrical problem, but worked well until then.

It's be nice if it didn't say HH for the humidity ever. It makes it seem like the sensor is broken. Otherwise it works great. I like the switch to turn the backlight off so I can use it in my mushroom room.

I bought this back in October of 2024 for my ball python tank. It honestly worked awesome until about a week or so ago I heard this static noise coming from the power strip where you would plug in the light, humidifier, etc. I noticed that the digital screen also started to flicker. I unplugged it and tried different outlets and still the same thing. I ended up having to toss it because I did not want to risk an electrical fire. I had reached out to ReptiZoo via their customer service email on their website explaining the situation and I still have gotten no response back.
