Very comfortable! I’ve found that it is too cold for me if I put it in the freezer so I keep it in the fridge. You can fold up the eye section if you don’t want the cold on your eyes. The all over cold is wonderful and helps with different types of headaches (tension, migraine, sinus). Good quality and stays soft and flexible.

I wear one of these every night. They keep the light out, they cut down on noise and during the summer they keep me cool during the night. I have a few and take them out of the freezer before bed and leave them next to me. If I wake up during the night & can grab a fresh one that is still cool as I leave them in a stack. They work like ice packs keeping each other cool. They are often still cool in the morning. I have several.

Awesome product, really helps with migraine and sinus headaches. Fits my husbands larger head and my smaller head no problem.

This is God sent! I keep it in the fridge in case a migraine happens. Doesn’t make the migraine completely go away but it does reduce it a lot. Maybe a little tip: I put a dry cotton pad to remove the make-up in between the cap and my eyes because it is too cold if the cap touches the eyelids directly. Loved it some much, I bought it for someone else.
