Ok, but not what I was looking for
These nougats aren’t as good for me as ones I buy locally but can’t find online!Their ingredients are different enuf to make a difference.Here’s what I’m looking for:almonds, lavender honey, sugar, glucose syrup, pistachios, egg whites, wafer paper, natural aroma vanilla.

The real deal!
I was hopeful this product would be authentic - and I was really excited to discover that it is! My former husband is from Montelimar, and I have eaten this product in the town where it was produced. This is fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

Stale?
Bought this at Paris Airport. NOT past expiration date. Was not soft Taste was okay, but would not recommend.

The candy over all is pretty flavorless

Delicious
I am Italian and ordered this candy because I like lavender flavored candy and cookies. The lavender was a bit subtle but the nougat was delicious. It is a bit sweeter from my perspective that many Italian versions but it has plenty of almonds and it has a good consistency. I would recommend it and I will probably reorder for other occasions if it remains available.
