Bought two of these books, as they appear to be a nice book to aid and encourage self development. I will write a second review when I have worked my way through the first book, after I see how it helps me to stay focussed.

Really recommend this to any new comer to the gym or just in general any gym goer. It’s very easy to utilise and it’s clarity is great too.

This planner is good in terms of being able to track your weights and reps etc… however the thing has fallen apart on me. Had for a couple of weeks and already destroyed. Not the best quality.

Very disappointed. No band on black one and no band or pen holder on green.

I absolutely love this fitness tracker! I used to be able to keep track of things in my head when it came to my work out. This just makes it simple for me. It also helps me when I increase my weights and I can see my progress in my workouts. It also keeps me honest.

I really like this fitness journal, my only issue is the color...It's much darker than the picture provided. The advertised pic is much lighter and what I got is a very deep purple.

The media could not be loaded.  I really like this product, but it's Very Disappointing that the pen loop it was supposed to come with wasn't attached. I already started writing in it before I noticed, so now I have to keep track of my pen at the gym along with the notebook.
