I could not be more pleased with these pliers, the best split ring pliers, I've ever used - They are compact, well-made, and make changing out hooks and split rings extremely easy As others have said, the braid cutter was an unexpected bonus and works as well or better than any. I bought to date I was literally so impressed with these after the first time I used them, that I immediately ordered a second pair Price is quite incredible when you consider the quality and effectiveness of this product If you're going to buy a Split ring plier or braid cutter, do your self a favor, And get this one and don't be surprised if you order a second one

These pliers are perfect! They opened even the smallest split rings I had and they cut braid very easily. They are lightweight and have a lock to keep them closed. I only wish they had a connector for a lanyard.

These would have been a solid 5 stars for me, but they failed one parameter. I use very small split rings, 4.8mm O.D. for various thigs as well as for fishing lures. The split ring pliers have no issues opening the small ring (once my fat fingers get it in the pliers), the cutters are great, comfy grips, the issue is, the seratted plier section has a small gap so I can't use them if I want to grab the line and tighten it. They may work on heavier line (I use 4-6 lb.) but for my purposes they lose a star, but Your application may be 5 stars. If you just need split rings for crafts and craft jewlery etc. these would most likey work perfect for you.

Perfect size and strength for dealing with all types of split rings. Makes a tedious task much more doable.

Why did I wait all these years? No matter how good your fingers and fingernails are at doing it yourself, these make it a piece of cake to open the split rings. Sad that some big name manufacturers still use treble hooks on crankbaits that need to be replaced. These pliers make it much easier to swap out the substandard hooks and replace them with good ones. Worth every penny.

Works well, i prefer these to hybrid needle nose splitring pliers. Also prety small and easy to store

I use these almost daily with my crafts. Right size for small to medium sized hands. I like the locking mechanism so they store easily. Light weight and has a wire cutter on the blades. Definitely priced right. Ease of use, I have issues with my hands and these are light weight enough that I can use them easily without causing discomfort. I recommend these pliers.

These pliers are amazing for split rings on lures, best addition to my tackle box in years. The braid cutters are great, from fine to heavy they snip cleanly

Good quality and well built. Easily change out hooks once you get the hang of it.

I thought it would be to small to use but works great. If the pliers were longer it wouldn't work for me. The rings are pretty small and I need to look real close at what I'm doing. Very strong and super easy to split rings on a Rapala HJ8. I would buy it again.
