This suitcase Waze a gift 🎁 for my boyfriend, he love it. Carry on capacity.

I ordered this for my son’s birthday and he was so excited to use it for our big family trip. Sadly the suitcase it not very strong at all and the case cracked at one of the wheels. It was not overloaded and was used carefully.

This makes a great gift, bought it for my grandson. Great quality and design details.

I love this suitcase and the customer service was wonderful but had to give it a 4 since my zipper detached for the suitcase and had to be replaced after one use and without the extender portion even being used.

It's a cool luggage for anyone, perfect gift for teenage boy,my son loved it,would recommend it to all.

Update: reached out to the manufacturer and sent them pics, they sent a warranty replacement. Super fast and easy, great customer service!While I love the look and the capacity of this luggage set, I only got to use it once. My first trip using the luggage and after checking the bag and the wheel was broken. I still had 3 more trips to take before I returned home and was stuck with a busted wheel. These come with a 5 year warranty but it's useless for damage that occurs if you check your bag with the airline. These should really be tested for durability and the warranty should cover this. Very disappointing.
