Fender 997702921 Telecaster Neck (0997702921)

This neck replaced a used, made in mexico standard strat neck that someone had installed bass frets on (?) and i didn't like the feel of it. I do however like the feel and look of these 70s necks, no fretwork needed to be done, good fit in the body and the price was right, and so this project turned into a partscaster of sorts with the neck leading to new pickups, pickguard, supervee tremolo etc. now I'm really happy with my new custom “Telestrat Deluxe” 😁,

Great neck. Terrible buffing job. If I wasn't refinishing it anyway, I'd send it back. On the headstock, you can see buff marks in both directions on all flat services. There are marks between every fret. The worst part of that is the sharp neck edge on the bass side. You should not be able to tell the rotation of a buffing wheel by the resulting work.Fret installation is good but the ends need dressing just like the MIMs at GC.But the board itself is excellent.

Fretts are very sharp but neck is beautiful very nice👍

Made no adjustments once installed. Plays like butter and completes my freak guitar project.

DOES THIS FIT ON ANY FENDER TELECASTER? I have a 2015 Tawain Fender Modern Player Telecaster (Black) -- i hate the small tele headstock so I wanted one of these - I need to make sure it will fit! :)

La qualité de fabrication est très bonne mais j'ai renvoyé le manche pour plusieurs raisons: le profil qui au final est indifférentiable d'un modern C, le vernis qui est trop épais façon cellophane ...et le talon qui est un talon stratocaster.
