I am a truck driver, so I am using GPS maps to find addresses to the deliveries I have to make. Using GPS will drain any phone battery, especially if it is being used all day long. Connecting and disconnecting phone all day long to keep it charged these magnetic cords are 100% awesome as I am connecting and disconnecting my phone to bring it with me to get paperwork signed and to unload my trailer. I have had the same magnetic cord in my truck, connecting and disconnecting to my phone for almost a year now with no problems. Hundreds of times! Some of these reviews say these charging cords and charging buds are slow charging, but I do not think some are taking into account that their phone battery health may not be 100% as I have not experienced any slow charging and as I said, I am using GPS maps running all day long on my phone and have no problem keeping my phone charged with these cords. I just received my second order of these cords-1st order was almost a year ago and only placed a second order so I could outfit just about every room in my house and every vehicle with simple, easy, electronics, charging capability. I would rate these 10 stars if I could. Hail yeah!

We got these because my husband works with things lots fin dust and get gets in in charging port then it doesn't work and I have to in there and clean it out and the case we bought doesn't help it slowed it down so we got a new car it has wireless charging we tried a few of the wireless charging but it would overheat after 30 min and the last thing we got came with the wireless charging and magnetic charging although the wireless made the phone over heat the magnet didn't then we stumbled across this we appositely love it that it can move around so it not stiff connected and you can literally hold it upside down and it does not come off the charger it comes with everything says we only have c charge and the best part we don't have to worry about charging port issues the cords themselves are fabric and the quality is top notch and a really good bang for buck for everything you get

Lots of good things about these cords, one of which is the ease in connecting them. If you just move your phone close to the plug it’ll attach, which makes it easy connecting my phone in the dark before bed. Another is having a variety of plug choices that makes them adaptable to almost any device; live that.A drawback is the difficulty in keeping it connected if you’re using an Otterbox. A problem that I didn’t expect was it to wear out before it was a year old (see picture).I’d still buy them because there’s more positives than negatives.

I use this primarily for charging. Magnets are strong yet will separate when the dog runs into the cable. I really like the ease of rotating the connection. As of now, Amazon seems to have both the kits and replacement tips. This product is much better than the previous product I had been using for 5-10 years where tips are no longer available and I broke the last Apple Lightning tip (typically broke every 6-18 months).

The connectors work, but there are a few problems with them. First, unlike with a regular cord, if the iPhone happens to fall off the sofa where you’re charging it, the connection will break whereas with the old cords, I could reel it back in with the charging cord.The iPhone adapter only works if inserted with the lines on it facing the back of the phone, unlike regular iPhone chargers that work either direction.The other thing is that it’s much more difficult with a large phone case like an OtterBox. If you have one of those you have to push the connector in so far that the entire connector is inside the outer edge of the OtterBox. Which you can do because that box is a rubber material, but wouldn’t work for a hard plastic case that was that deep. Normal charging cords are a flattened oval so they fit in between the sides of a box but because this is circular, you’ll have more problems. This is no problem if you intend to leave the connector in the iPhone full-time, but if you only buy one set of connectors and one cord and have multiple Apple devices, this could be a problem to get it out of there easily.

I bought these cords for my husband as a Christmas gift. He was excited about the magnetic connection. He has had issues in the past with chargers going bad from plugging and unplugging and not getting a connection. At FIRST, these worked great, the swivel kept the cord from getting all kinked. The magnet was strong and also kept dirt from getting into the port. They were fast charging. Seemed like good quality.BUT..... after about a month the first cord stopped working. Out of the blue.... just nothing!! So ok, a fluke, right? We've got 5 more (but only one more long one). The next cord did the same after a week or two and then the next and next...Now I have 1 little short cord left out of 6. I can't get a refund because it's been too long (they were a gift so I bought them the end of November for Xmas). Even so, I expect a quality product to last 2 adults much longer than 3 months of normal daily use.I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this product, if you want to use it for more than a few weeks.
