Works
Works as described. But manufacturer did not have parts to replace what was missing in my initial order, so I had to replace entire order and ended up paying for a box to ship it back because the original shipping box arrived half destroyed (hence missing parts).

This mount is a little pricey, but it can fill a certain void that other mounts won't
First off this thing is a tank, or at least built like one it is heavy duty. You will need to be able to lift your bike a few feet off the ground long enough to balance it onto the hook which can be a little tricky depending on the size of your top tube. The base is wide enough you could put both of the bikes as high as possible and it will still balance itself and keep from falling over. Even when purposely set in a more than normal windy situation it stayed firmly planted with two beach cruisers on it. The first problem I have that caused me to arrive at four stars instead of five is the downside that comes from building the base so firm, it has been built as wide as the bikes I have on it. With the base being this big and all the extra room left between bikes on the on the mounting pole I think that they should have at least included a third mount that you could put on if you had the room and felt obliged to do so. With the price being what it is, the materials for a third mount would add a great amount of potential value especially with families that have two parents and one child riding bikes. Other than my personal opinion of cost vs value with the third mount idea (It can't be too expensive) I have only one general problem I found that could affect more than just me depending on the quality control department. I found that in my personal unit (I can't and won't generalize this problem without seeing more reviews from others) the hooks that hold the bikes up would over time move one way or the other no matter how hard they were tightened. Depending on what size your bikes are and how far you left them spaced out this movement can cause the top bike to end up resting on the one below, which can cause damage to paint or tires. Like I said until more reviews are posted about the quality of materials shipped to customers I won't bash the stand this could have been a rare slip through their inspections. In my situation being a vine reviewer I don't get the option of the company sending me replacement parts I am unable to say if they are willing to help fix my problem. All in all even though this wasn't a perfect experience for me, I have a gut feeling this will not be the normal and with confidence I will recommend this to anyone with bikes trying to utilize vertical space.

Did not receive all components.
I’m sure this product would work as well as advertised, but when I took the stand out of the box, I was left with only the stand. I didn’t receive the hooks to hold the bikes, any tools, a “step-by-step”guide with instructions for assembly, or many other contents listed on the box that are needed for assembly. Instead, I only have the stand.

Sturdy and stable!
My son has a roommate and both of them have bikes. His townhouse is on the small side, so one bike was kept in the TV room against a wall and the other was in the elements. With winter approaching, I didn't want my son's bike out in the weather, so I got this.Assembly is easy, although for some reason the included fallen wrench was the wrong size! Thankfully, my son has a robust tool collection, so he had what was needed and the assembly was done in less than five minutes. The four legs when extended are probably 2 ft by 2 ft, so it does take up a bit of space on the floor, but those wide legs make it very stable. The two bikes went up easily, and the arms that hold the bikes have an arc built into the top bolt, so they can rotate about 15-20 degrees to allow you to adjust the bikes so the two bikes don't interfere with each other. In the case of my son, the bikes are a little tight with each other, but that is because he has it in his basement, which has a low ceiling. If he were able to extend the top post fully, and move the bike mounting arms up to their maximum height, the bikes would probably have six inches of clearance between them.Bottom line: If you have two bikes to store and limited space, or you have lots of space but want to store your bikes efficiently, this is a no-brainer! Beware of low ceilings if you want to put it in the basement, but aside from that, you won't have any issues.

Space saver
This is great for storing the bikes without them being on the floor and taking up room. It’s pretty stable so no complaints.

Missing Parts
We only received the base initially. When I reached out to RaxGo with this issue they only sent us a few of the pieces we need for this bike rack. The base is very sturdy but I expect a lot more especially for the price. Now we just have a random base that can't hold our bikes.
