I have been using this canteen for camping trips and it has been an effective tool. So far, it seems well made.

If you work outdoors, this is a must. My belt fell apart, but I used an old belt of mine... Works just fine.

i have been using for the beginning of the summer. Took it on back packing trip, canoeing trip, and one camp out. Over all this is a great product. it is very durable the canteen is. the cap or the plastic thing on the top is terrible. I accidently screw it on top a little to tight and the thing cracked. So if the company can sell replacement caps would be nice.i would say a new cap needs to be made that is more durable than this one.

Well my son loved getting this canteen. It's very sturdy. But within a couple of weeks h accidentally dropped it and the lid broke in pieces. I'm trying to see if there is a replacement lid available. Not having much luck... Not too thrilled it broke that easy... Other than that loved the shape and cover and strap..

Other comments said the lid was on so tight, that it broke when they tried to remove it. I didnt have that problem. It was on snug but easily twisted off and it came with an extra lid and chain. So Im assuming they fixed thier quality control problem. It is a good canteen and cup. The cover is ok but the belt is kinda cheesy. I will buy again

There are so many things that are terrible about this I don't even know where to start. I got it for my 12 year old son. The adjustable belt/strap doesn't work at all. It won't stay latched. The piece you slide to adjust the length isn't tight enough so it slides down. The little hook park is horrible. It doesn't stay in and finds a way to stab him with every movement. Overall the belt is worthless. The canteen itself already has several reviews about a broken cap and it does feel like it will easily break. It is tough to screw on. The rubber piece inside the cap doesn't stay in place at all. It falls out every single time. Getting the canteen pouch to connect to the belt was a nightmare too. It only fits in certain areas because the belt is a mess and has no dimensions that make sense. I would never recommend this to anyone.

This canteen is great for the price, you get the canteen pouch with a thin felt lining which is good for keeping your canteen cool in the summer months by soaking you pouch in water and the water evaporating will cool down you canteen a bit, (old boy scout trick) the canteen itself is very nice and made from stainless steel, the plastic cap is pretty well made and hangs on a chain, now the belt could be made better but does its job, Im a size 38 in jeans and the belt fits me very well with room for adjustment, holds the canteen well either with the metal clips or on the belt loop, you can run it in any way you like, but all in all this set is great for the price and will hold your water. I will recommend to others.
