Walkerswood Traditional Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, Hot & Spicy, 10 oz

Great on chicken. I marinated it overnight. The mild version still has a nice spice to it, but not overwhelmingly hot. I use more of it than what is called for on the label. It says "use sparingly" but I find it tastes much better to use enough to well coat each piece of chicken for marinade.

My husband's favorite sauce. He uses it on any meat he eats. It's fresh and delicious. And it's the perfect size, no waste in this house, lol. I have a household full of men!! My grown son's eat it with every thing!! A++++, two thumbs up.

The only REAL jerk sauce imo is Walkerswood! Marinate in a plastic bag overnight add a tablespoon of jerk and 2 of water for a large breast and then move it around and flip the bag a few times. Serve with rice and beans including any juices - This is the real thing.
