It is well worth the money. I fractured my ankle in two places and this boot has provided my foot with better coverage than my original boot. I absolutely love the air compression that you manually press to apply soft inflation to give greater comfort to my fractured ankle.

I was given an AIRCAST brand boot by an Orthopedic surgeon 2 years ago and lived in it for 6 months. I injured my other foot/ankle 2 weeks ago and decided to just buy a boot instead of having someone dig through a closet to find that old boot. This thing was absolutely terrible! The footbed is just weird, I never was able to get my foot to fit securely, yet there was so much empty space above my toes. Those black slits around the top back? I don't know what their true purpose is. For me, they just dug into the back of my knee and pinched my thigh. Trying to stand in this was next to impossible. My daughter dug my old boot out for me and this thing was returned.

Too narrow for a wide foot. The fabric bunches up on the heel as well. Returned it.

I purchased this as a second brace to wear inside of my home. I like it better than the one that I received from my doctor. I highly recommend it.
