Bright and Sturdy! Great Addition to the Party Decorations.
Great quality and vivid colors. Sturdy felt is what I received. I cut the scallops off because the party theme was quilts and without the scalloped edge, they look like quilt squares. They came with enough ribbon to string them on. I didn't notice a smell. These are worth the purchase.
