Blew the switch the moment I used it.

Socket converter
They do convert certain bulbs. They feel very loose however that doesn’t stop them from working well.

Good affordable and does the job
I am pleased to report the product meets my expectation. It is nice to know I will not have to change mycurrent ceiling light, due to it becoming hard to obtain the small bayonet fitting

Raises the bulb hight, but that's only to be expected.
Really good product does just what it says on the tin.Perfect for me but for certain situations it might raise the bulb a little but high.

Dangerous
These are dangerous!If you’re buying these to use them in a UK home, consider that they’re not safe and may also give you problems with insurance etc in the future if a claim results from the use of these.The plastic housing that holds the bulb leaves a large area of the metal uncovered when a bulb is seated inside it. This means there’s a high chance of electric shock for anyone touching it!Changing a bulb, forget to turn off the light or not sure if it’s on or off? Zap.... game over.Child touches the bulb in a lamp? Zap.... game over.These are not safe and should not be sold or used in the UK.
