I will NEVER live without these again! I bought these on a whim out of desperation to get my period under control and it does EVERYTHING it says. My mood is so much more stabilized & bloating is gone during that time of the month! My period was lasting 12-13 days for years and after a few months of taking these for 2 months it’s finally back to being 6-7 days long. Thank goodness! I recommend these to all of my friends who are moody during that time of the month and so many of them have also loved it.

I’ll get straight to the point…During my menses it’s 50/50 that irritability will run high for me and when I can feel my hormones “hormoning” right before or during my bleed I will take these. They stabilize my moods and everyone is happy. I’ve recommended and shared these with a few of my woman friends and sister because I like them so much! Also carry them in different bags/car because you never know. 10/10 would recommend purchasing these to ease up cramps and mood swings.

I would say it took away 3/4 of my pms symptoms. The only symptoms left is fatigue and lack of motivation. But my mood is great and sunny. Love this product the best I’ve had so far.

Stopped being effective after my first pack. It gave me GI issues and did not help my mood. Does help eith menstrual cramps at least. Originally, it did help my mood even when It wasn't my time of the month. I must be immune to them now or something.

These make a huge difference in my hormone related mood swings. I stopped taking them for about a month because we got hit with a hurricane and everything was just hectic. I notice a huge difference in my mood. Just started taking them regularly again and feeling some improvement.
