Though it takes longer to extrude, the shape and texture of this one is perfect for Macaroni and cheese. Recommend!

This die should come with a punch out cleaner or at least a thin tool for that purpose. If you are going to use often you can just soak the die in water between uses. I had to use a paperclip to clean it out as the poker that comes with my Phillips pasta maker does not fit. A puch out cleaner would be great.

Love this dye! Makes my now favorite pasta which truly holds sauce and has a fantastic chew. Cleaning is a little tricky. Let it dry then take a toothpick to pull out the excess dough. A hard spray from faucet gets out little bits. Worth the little extra to clean.

I bought the rotini disc and it’s not even remotely rotini shaped. Even tried two different recipes to see if it was on my end. It doesn’t even curl like the it does on the video. It instantly flattens. I’ll have to look to Etsy for a disc that actually works.

Cavatappi disc. This disc makes pasta very slow. 5x as long as other discs push out pasta. Also the shape is inconsistent and often times didn't take form. Recommend other shaped pasta over this one.

Tried this out last night, my pasta wasn’t extruding like the video on Amazon. BIG problem is that it doesn’t come with a tool to clean the pasta out of the shape. The tool that comes with the pasta machine is too big for this attachment. Soaked the disc in soapy water, used a brush, still couldn’t get the pasta out of the disc. Not worth the hassle, returning!!
