I never write reviews but this product has worked so well for me! I was struggling with bladder control daily, using Tena lady or period underwear almost constantly, especially when at work or attempting any form of exercise.After a few days of taking the supplements, I have had no leakage at all! Really amazed at how quickly things improved- highly recommend.

I have stress incontinence and really had enough of it so decided to try these.I cannot believe how much they have helped me and instead of using four pads a day I am on two.I don't wake at night to have a pee and can hold on to it until I get to the loo.I have taken prescription meds in the past to help me but nothing works like this.Yes it is expensive but it's given me back my life....would highly recommend 😊

It may work for some , but not everyone, I’ve bought it for 4 months now on a minimum wage, having to give up now as if anything the urgency has got worse , and I am having to take a potty around in the car for journeys of longer than 20 mins , over a hundred pounds down the drain .

I must admit i was sceptical but having taken two packs (2 a day) I can confirm they do help with reducing toilet visits. However, I have had to stop taking them due to stomach upset. Very disappointed.

They didn't suit me caused running toilet

I know they are expensive, I have been taken them for a few months now and I'm not up as often in the night, I used to be up about 5 times now it's only 1, I also don't seem as desperate to go as I used to which is great. Over all if you are suffering I would recommend you give them a try.

Tried these for 7 months, took daily every day, persevered as was really hoping for some results. Stopped the subscription now as have seen very little difference and for the price it just wasn’t worth it.
