This has been a great benefit to my husbands problem with his instep and heel condition

I’ve started using inserts recently as, after more than two years of the pandemic, my feet just aren’t used to wearing shoes and take badly with it when I try. I’ve tried a full length insole but it can make well-fitting shoes a little tight over the toes. I thought ¾ size inserts might be the answer.Unfortunately, these inserts are too wide and stiff to fit into most of the shoes I want to use them with, meaning they don’t sit in the correct position and are, therefore, unusable. As for the shoes they do fit, the front edge has a tendency to rub, making them very uncomfortable.All in all, very disappointing.

I have suffered with plantar fasciitis for the last eighteen months caused by all the walking I did in lockdown.I have tried all kinds of insoles, massages, acupuncture and more.These insoles fit in some of my shoes and when I wear them my feet are far less painful.Sadly they do not fit in some of my shies as it makes the shows too tight.These are much slimmer than many of the others I have tried and abandoned so if you are looking for an insole to help then this one is one of the best.They cushion my heel while giving the arch of my feet support and force my feet into the correct position when walking.

These are sturdy and give firm arch support with a heel cup for ankle stability - at 3/4 length, they don't squeeze toes as some full length insoles do. Expensive but effective.

These are the best in soles I have ever had. Years ago I was told to get Ortho Heel my my Podiatrist to support me and keep my posture good. OI used that make for years and then some others. Really these are far ,far better. They have the little red square which support the foot and tops it Rolling in ( pronating).They are 3/4 length which is best. I think they will fit in most shoes with ease . Easy to wear.They are so very well made and strong . But mostly they are engineered correctly and really keep your foot and body aligned . Great for hip and back pain as they readjust the failing of the body, For planter faciitis these should work in days. Supporting the arch is the most important thing.Yes , they are more expensive but the ones ones mentioned first are costly and last no time and do not support. These look lie they will last for years and will get you feet and body on the right track.Highly recommend them. product.
