Adorable little ukulele. I ordered the light blue. The color is true to the picture. The instrument is of decent quality for its price point. Tuning has a bit of play, likely because it has nylon strings, but it's not too bad. My 3yo granddaughter shows a great interest in music, and loves the piano and guitar. I didn't want to buy a cheap toy with zero musical quality, but not ready to invest too much incase the interest fades. This choice is a good compromise, and fits the bill. I'm sure she'll love it. *Note: A free app, called BOSS Tuner (by Roland) is a handy tool for a quick, no-fuss tuning. YouTube has quick tutorials for this.

Great for beginners as it’s not much money. Found it easy to learn the Disney song Lava. The sound quality was good enough to get a good feel for a ukulele but without the big investment. Gave it to my daughter to learn and bought an upgrade. It doesn’t stay nicely tuned like my other ukuleles but after a tuning you are good to go. Just tune it before each play and during at the beginning. After that the strings will settle a bit and stay tuned for the whole practice or jam session.

I've owned this product for several months now and have decided its time to review it, for the small cost this uke truly packs a punch, it doesn't hold a tune well but that is a given with cheaper instruments, once you tune it, it'll last the day then need re-tuning by tomorrow and thats more than enough time for whatever you need it for, I have personally used this uke in recorded/live songs and the tone quality is astronomical for the price point. For beginners this is a nice way to introduce yourself into string instruments, the gig bag is nylon and dirt-cheap though so if you are traveling long distance I would recommend buying a separate one, lucky for me the studio is in my house. I knocked one star off because of the quality team though, paint started slipping quicker than it should of in my opinion.

I bought this Uke because of the star ratings and price. After taking care of aged parents, I learned one of the best ways to keep your brain healthy is to either learn a new language or learn a musical instrument. I bought a mandolin a few years ago, but it was too hard for a complete novice. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money this time on an instrument I may not keep playing. This is a perfect beginner instrument. The bag is cheap, but keeps it dust free. I thought I had problems at first since it didn’t stay tuned, but after playing and tuning for a month or so, it really holds the tuning well, I don’t play hard so I can go a couple days and it remains in tune! I recommend this instrument to beginners wholeheartedly!

Like it but thought it was bigger very tiny

I fully expected this to be more toy like but i was pleasantly surprised when it showed up at how nice it feels. The first few time you play it you will have to tune it a few times untill the strings settle which I read was totally normal. After an hour and a few jam sessions it just need slight tune each time I play it. :Prot tip... Download one of the free Ukulele tuner app on your phone and you will be off and running in a few mins with perfectly sounding strums!

Amazing ukulele!! The perfect instrument for beginners. Did come (VERY) out of tune. I didn’t get all the other stuff other people say they got. Just a ukulele and the case. The scratches at the top on the back are from me. The scratches at the top of the frets were there when arrived. If this is going to be your first ukulele then this should be 100% your first option.

At first it can really untuned and I was confused on whether I was even tuning it right, but you just have to be patient and let the strings stretch. After tuning and then playing then retuning several times, I got it to play at an acceptable level. I personally really like the ukelele. It's a relaxing thing to play on between studying. It says it's for kids but I think it's just as good for adults.
