I was very hopeful when I ordered these from Amazon. Upon receipt I took the screws out that hold the circuit board in place. Some of the board was coated but most of the larger components and wires were completely exposed. Very poor design for an outdoor step light. Sent them back immediately. For $5.00 more, the Home Depot product comes with a completely coated circuit board. I've used those on my coastal (salty) home for 5 years without any problem. Of course, I always cut the stupid "piercing" type connectors off and wire them in with waterproof, heat shrink butt connectors.

Installed the lights on a recently installed fence. They give a decent amount of light, more than i expected. Its a nice warm color light that looks good.I have them running of a small 12v battery and they seem to be low draw as battery hasnt died after hours of use.They install pretty easy. Drill a hole for wire to go through attach small plate with 2 screws, put light over it and tighten a set screw.Im happy with them

It is a solid aluminum casting with a frosted glass lens. It even has a plastic tube to protect the wires.I bought one to replace the step light on my camper. It gives a white difused light. Even the dogs seem to like it, and they have to look right at it to get up the steps.I'm going to order ten more for my deck.It's as high quality as any I've seen at Lowes or Home Depot.

Great outdoor lights. The brightness is enough to serve as a path light and give some awesome ambiance. The only issue I have is that the cable it comes with is about 12 inches long. So, I am forced to put a junction box or a light switch between the light and the source. Overall the quality is good.

These mount easily, have a single hole for wiring and a small bracket for mounting. All screws are unobtrusive. They are as bright as a car stop light and can easily be mounted at 20' + spacings, although 30' might be excessive. At 2w power useage they're very economical.

I replaced 20 year old 7 watt Halogen deck lights on my backyard fence with these 2 watt LEDs with no apparent loss of illumination. The lights work perfectly. I already had a 12v transformer and low voltage wire but, had to purchase a connector to attach each light to the low voltage cable. These lights are identical to those in the 6 pack offered by Amazon from LED Wholesellers.
