We really liked the energy gum so we tried the calm and clarity mints - the taste is bad. Very strong honey flavor with no lemon. Wish these were minty.Amazon doesn't let you return this item btw, so only buy if you really really like the taste of honey.

**Update**I used to chew gum while studying and then chew the same gum during the exams. This time I used this to study and took them during at exam. My grades improved! Idk if it's a placebo or not, but I don't want to know. It worked and that's all that matters to me.I am in Nursing School, my last year, and as a student I've been having a lot of stress. A few break downs. Test anxiety. The works. I am trying to find something to help take the edge off. I get to the point where I can't focus because I have so much stress and anxiety. I will read a question five times because my brain is blocking it out. I want to use this as a study aid and exam aid. Just calming down.I will update this in November 2024, I want to give it a month to see if it impacts my grades at all. I know it won't directly impact them, I'm meaning if I have any improvement. That's how I'm measuring the success here. I'll add if it also just makes daily like easier as well. Like studying.Taste is good, nothing special. I thought I am buying the gum version since the title said Neurogum. Besides that, they have a super powerful rose fragrance and after taste. Not sure why since it’s suppose to be honey. I am going to stick with the mint gum version, even though its not ‘calming’ because I just can’t stand this flavor.
