a great daily back pack
product as described, a perfect simple daypack for daily commuting with a decent capacity. 15 liters enough for an iPad, M4/3 camera, some EDC stuff, and a hoodie.

NOT COMPLIANT AS A PERSONAL ITEM W/ AIRLINES
Great modularity, as it can be belted into the front of the larger Fairview / Farview pack. While you can definitely carry on your 40L Farview onto virtually all airlines, the size of this “nifty” day pack EXCEEDS most airlines’ personal item size requirements, even before it is packed (United / American / Lufthansa, etc). Opt for the smaller Osprey Daylite.which INFORTUNATELY CANNOT be well-anchored into the front of the larger “parent” bag (Tighten up your versatility, Osprey).Probably designed before the last reduction in airline personal item dimensions.

It’s the perfect size for a personal item on the plane or a short hike. Love the compartments and the iPad of laptop compartment.

Good looking and is compatible with the fairview osprey pack. Lots of storage and is very comfortable. Makes the perfect carryon and personal item combo ever! This higher price tag is reflected in the quality of Osprey products, the will last for years!
