Product came on time as said at time of purchase with no damage to box or packaging basic clear package nothing fancy. Boards they use for planks are very sturdy like said in description. The cloth that encases the boards seems durable and will protect my cushions from being ripped from the boards.They definitely work as described and I'm. Now not sinking into my couch. However it is quite firm now. About to replace the foam in the cushions hoping it helps but beware it's an adjustment. You will feel the difference and it might not be what you want

Only thing I dislike about it when you first put it on it falls through the boards in the futon. Sturdy, firmness, smooth, color is great can find where you put it. Great product!!!

No particle board makes this very sturdy, but yet has a slim profile. Super easy to place, supports my worn out sofa cushions well. Highly recommend.

I have a hand me down sectional that was well loved before it came to me. The middle of the couches were sagging and I was getting frustrated that there was only one comfy spot. Else you’d start to lean into the center of the divot.At my wits end, I looked up ways to fix this issue and I discovered these! They’re so easy to use and I love that the wood boards are covered so you don’t need to worry about splinters. It’s just the perfect width to fit under the cushions but not stick out. Now my couch feels like it’s new! The extra support has been great and they’re very strong. Probably not recommended but I did walk on the couch and the boards didn’t snap so rest assured your booty will be safe!

This was a good fit and installed easily, and it will definitely firm up my saggy sofa, but the boards aren't as rigid and sturdy as I thought they would be. I have my doubts about how long this product will hold up. It was a quick, cheap fix though, so it will do at least for a little while

Best idea ever to buy this for our brandnew sofa, that was - contrary to the model in the store - with sagging cushions and very uncomfortable. With this couch support we now have the firm seating experience we have been looking for. Great product!Hopefully the boards do not bend over time.

Product does what is it suppose to❤️!! Great product. Shop around for the size you need. Don't blame the company because you failed to do your part 🤦🏽‍♀️. Measure chair🪑 before you buy‼️Common Sense. If your chair was not sagging before you added the support. You will not feel much of a difference. What may happen is with the support there they may cause the chair to sink in. Now you have damaged you chair. There if I fixed your understand of if it ain't broke. Don't fix it. For God sakes don't ever cut it down to size. The way most chairs are made hopefully you will be able to center, have the extra fold into the opening under the arm rest or fold it under the slat next to it. If you cut ✂️ it will not last it will come apart. (As it should.) Some lady did a video review and she made that suggestion and I was like... Don't do that!! She was also the person who's chair was not in need of support and that is why she didn't feel much of a difference. At least she gave the product 4⭐️ 🙄😒. Hope this helps. By the way. These supports may not work for a chair that you know should have been replaced years ago. It is not a miracle maker.😆😄
