Device would not connect to my network. I contacted ...
Device would not connect to my network. I contacted the manufacturer's customer service and was basically told my router was outdated. My less than a month old router is outdated. Additionally, before contacting their customer support, I spent HOURS of day online looking for solutions to my connectivity problem. None exist. Do not buy this. Spend a little more and get a decent device.

Spent over an hour trying to get it to work very poor documentation and app is hard to set up, not very user friendly. Couldn't find anything useful on you tube.Gave up and wI'll try when have more patience . . .
