Fantastic for soft hardwoods.
Works great for butternut, basswood, etc. Will probably work for harder woods if you watch your depth and feed rate.

Impressive bit for the price.
I do a fair bit of hand routing for custom signs. This bit worked excellent. I was skeptical buying a inexpensive bit (some of the more popular brands were double the price) but I was very impressed. Perfectly smooth bottom cut and clean removal of material around the edges. Will consider this brand for future bit purchases!

Broke halfway thru project
Unsure if the bit was overloaded or it became dull and wouldn’t cut, but the bit broke halfway thru the project (10 minutes). Had two other 1/8" bits (double and up-spiral) and was able to finish the project.

Great for inlays;)
This bit has been great for tight wood inlays, give it a go.
