Not easy to assemble, but worth it
I was wary after reading some of the reviews, but I suspect the manufacturer has taken the reviews on board and improved the instructions. The table and chairs are still not easy to assemble, but the instructions are very good. The colour coding really helps. Looks great, folds away nicely and does the job well. Once assembled, the table and chairs are excellent, but definitely not as easy to assemble as anything from a certain well known Swedish brand. I highly recommend this set if you are patient and careful. For me. It was well worth the money, and the assembly effort.

Worth the money
To start with it is cheap and cheerful. It is definitely worth the money. If you are ok with DIY furniture, you'll be fine. The instructions do make sense if you lay everything out and plan your build. The table definitely needs two to build it, although I did it on my own(ouch!). You will need a ph2 screwdriver not one of the multibit ones, as you can't reach down into the pre-drilled recesses to attach the seats to the chair frame. I only gave it 4* as the screw heads are just a bit too small for the pre-drilled holes, so care is needed! I'd get some small washers if I did it again. The finish is a bit rough in places too. On the whole a nice set, with a couple of small issues that let it down a bit!

Flat Pack Nightmare!
Where to begin? I absolutely loved the idea of this table and chairs set, and its “simple design”. What it actually delivered was a full-scale psychological endurance test, lightly disguised as flat-pack furniture. Assembly took 11 hours in total. Eleven. That is not a typo! That’s longer than some long-haul flights, and at least three feature films back-to-back. To complete it, I assure you, you’ll need the dexterity of a hypermobile octopus, a PhD in abstract diagram interpretation, and the emotional resilience of someone who cannot be broken. Over the course of the build, I experienced 27 nervous breakdowns, said “F—” in more variations than the English language should allow, and seriously questioned every life decision that led me to buying this table. The instructions deserve a special mention. They are technically present, but only in the same way that modern art is technically a painting. Unclear. Vague. Deeply unhelpful. Entire sections of both the table and the chairs had to be built, dismantled, rebuilt, undone again, and re-imagined from scratch because one microscopic arrow was apparently pointing to the wrong side of reality. This constant build-undo-repeat cycle eventually caused one component to break. There were several places where the instructions mentioned that there were “pre-drilled holes”, and this was an absolute lie! My hands barely had any skin left, and were ready to fall off by the time I had painstakingly screwed each of the 85 million screws into the correct place. The instructions specified that assembly would require two people. Two??? Try six, all simultaneously having nervous breakdowns! 🤦♀️ To be clear: the table is a lovely idea. On a website. It appears to be an attractive, space saving solution for a small space. In practice, it is something different entirely. I can genuinely see building this table being responsible for multiple divorces, several long-term relationship breakdowns, and at least one person storming out and never coming back. If you value your sanity, your relationships, or your remaining faith in humanity, I implore you….. DO NOT BUY THIS TABLE!! 😩

Great table and chairs set. Ideal for smaller spaces
This is a very nice table and chair set. It was really easy to put together. All parts are colour coded or labelled which made assembly a doddle. I did the majority of it by myself, only requiring assistance for the final step ( I probably could have managed that myself aswell to be fair). The table is a great size when the sides are up, and when folded it makes a great side table that takes up little room which is perfect if like me you don't use it often and/or just like space. Only note I have is one of the table sides has an indentation from a peice of wood being pressed to hard into it. Thankfully its on the underside and I've been told it's not really noticeable.

Assembly is not for the faint hearted
Table looks nice and is sturdy. however putting it together nearly broke us, the holes for the screws are too small so your thumbs feel like they are going to fall off when tightening and some of the instructions are confusing. Once put together it seems nice and good value for money.

Lovely table, still waiting for the chairs
Lovely table but no chairs ? The delivery sticker on side of box containing the table says 1 of 2, when will the chairs arrive ??
