I wear costumes like this in our annual children’s hospital halloween parade. After a shark costume scared a few kids the year before, I went with this one. It was a huge hit. Worked well, kinda hard to walk so if you’re planning on doing a lot of trick or treating just know that the nature of this type of costume shortens your stride a bit. Not a defect, just something to consider.

Such a fun costume! My daughter (size adult XS) wore this costume for her Softball team's Halloween kickball game. It held up really well - even when she was outrunning an opponent and flipped to the ground. It's hilarious when you see her (the chicken) running! The colors match the picture on the site.

This Rooster has been used to surprise and bring joy to many friends over the last couple of years. Perfect!

The costume itself is awesome and seems to be pretty tough. It's been put to the test with two boys running around and falling in it. The only issue is the section around the waist is most definitely for taller people. My son is 5'4" and slim, and we had to rig it with children's suspenders to keep it from falling down his waist. Not a dealbreaker, but I'd highly encourage you to purchase suspenders with it. Adjustable over-the-shoulder straps would've made this a 5-star costume.
