I am enjoying this cat hammock so far-- can't say the same for my cat! It was really easy to put together-- the instructions come in the box, and it took me maybe 10 minutes. The top left suction cup has fallen off twice since I put it up, but I just re-cleaned it and stuck it back on and I haven't had a problem yet in the last few days. I thought this would be perfect for my kitty since he likes to look outside, but my windowsills are too small for him to sit on. But, he hasn't taken to it too much. I've put him up there a few times (and bribed him with treats) to get him used to it. The material itself isn't the softest, so I put a blanket over to make it more comfortable. Sometimes he's content up there, but sometimes he hops down. Also, depending on how high your windows are, it might be a bit of a jump for your cat if they're coming straight from the floor and not jumping from a couch or another perch. BUT, cats can jump incredibly high, so it should be no problem.Hopefully my kitty will get some more use out of it, because I'm pleased with the product itself! I think it's a great idea and a nice little perch for my cat for when he wants to use it and stare outside. The only things I really dislike are that it's not super soft (hence the blanket), and I also can't really close my shades with this on my window, which I think is the biggest drawback. I have curtains I can pull closed around it, but in terms of my shade that drops down the window, I can't close it. So, I would definitely suggest not putting this in an area where you need a lot of privacy, or put it on a window where you can also close a curtain or drape around the hammock if you need to close the window. It's a little tough to grab the suction cups off the window, so I'd rather just close something around it than take it down completely every time I want to close the shades.

Sturdy enough to hold our 15-lb cat jumping up on it. Suction cups hold well without the extra reinforcement stickers provided. This hammock is better put together than the $75 hammock we purchased when our two kitties were 4-lb kittens. He was initially unsure about the see-through mesh hammock body but once I assisted him up there a couple of times he is now confidently using it.

I’ve had this perch just over a month. It fell after 4 days on one side; so I used the extra help stickies. Those work wonderful, they don’t leave residue on the window when coming off. My cat is 18lbs and this says the max weight can support way more than that.Very unfortunate.I’m sure it’s wonderful for a normal sized cat, I got this one hoping that I wouldn’t have to worry about her being too large for it.

Sturdy mesh, decent suction. It came with a cute little suction-cup toy on a spring which my cats still love to this day, years after I accidentally broke the cat perch itself, it is still one of their favorite things ever. A nice touch that made this a memorable product.

Cats loved it me not so much.the stickers that come with the suction cups are useful but hard to get off my windows and both perches gave in the exact same place. We're constantly taking them down and putting them back together. Gave up on the one, support bar is cracked where you slide them together. Probably same issue with the second. Went an replaced with a sturdier product. Lasted 5 months.

I have an 8lbs male sphynx cat. If he could talk he would say this product was life changing for him. When I tell you this cat sleeps in this bed day and night I’m not exaggerating. He has 3 cat beds and I might as well throw them out. The only time he jumps off is to eat and use the litter box. I am beyond happy that he’s so obsessed with it. My only issue which is very minor is that every 6 months or so it starts to break. I’ve put the rods back in and kept it for as long as I could, but with the constant jumping up and down it’s inevitable for it to break. But I don’t mind because the product isn’t overpriced and it’s well made. I will rebuy this product every time I need to that is how obsessed my cat is with it. I honestly think he would become depressed if I got rid of it. The cat literally still uses it when it would start to break. Like the rods would bend into a V shape and he will still be sleeping I. It. Then I get home and push the rods back together and it’s as good as new. Thank you guys for making an amazing product

Danger- I followed all the directions to a T, including cleaning the windows, using a bit of water for suction, and waiting 15 minutes before putting my 14 pound Bengal on the perch. I even put a little step stool under it for him so he wouldn’t have to put heavy strain on it by leaping up and landing on the perch. Within 15 minutes he came tumbling to the ground because the suctions didn’t hold. So again, I checked directions, re-cleansed windows, dampened suction cups. He was nervous to try it again, but after an hour he climbed up hesitantly. Same thing happened!Today when I got home I went through the process again- mind you this is the second day it was used- and it didn’t hold. So needless to say, Rajah isn’t going anywhere near the thing.Also, I had to pull and stretch on the covering in order to get the PVC piping through where it had the adapter in in the middle. What the heck- did they not measure this?I really wanted to love this, and it does look super cute in the window and is a good size- but if it keeps falling and doesn’t hold my 14 pound cat then it’s useless :(

This is great. I bought it as we have 2 cats and 2 window beds, however one broke (one of my cats is pretty hefty) and this caused arguments over the remaining one.The construction of this is so much better quality than the beige cloth over pvc pipe that the previous beds we had were. the mesh mat slips fully over with no 'free' edge hanging off like our old one, and it feels so much sturdier. the cables are a good thickness and the suction cups hold really well. Plus the dark colour doesnt get dirty as much and looks a lot nicer!the one thing i will note though is because the mesh is sturdy it may be a bit hard of a surface for full cat relaxation - i found our cats didnt really take to it over the remaining cheaply made bed, until I put down a plush blanket on it. now its the favoured bed and they fight over it - i'll have to buy a second one haha.

5 month Kitten likes to snooze on it. Older cat (18yo) we've got it a bit too high for her, but it still supports her weight and the kittens at same time if we put them up there together.Gives the cats a great view over our railing into the bush to give them something nicer to look at!It feels sturdy and is easy to set up and move around if you wanted to. We added a small bed and hanging toy.In 3weeks it did come off the window once, but we have had a lot of wild weather (40°C one day 20°C the next) I suspect this affects suction cup integrity.
