BenefitUSA Green House Replacement Spare Parts for 20'X10'X7'H Walk in Outdoor Plant Gardening Greenhouse (Cover)

Not only is this the worse and most poorly crafted item I have ever purchased on Amazon or anywhere, there professionalism and compassion for selling such a peice of crap is disappointing, disrespectful and disgusting! This cover should have AT LEAST lasted a yr. At least! But with less than 5 months it’s completely falling apart from very poor manufacturing. When I️ contacted BenefitUSA they were less than helpful, concerned, apologetic or phased. Their answer, will give you a “discount” on another one. As if!! I would not recommend anything from them because of their low standards, unprofessionalism, greed only for money and poor company policies. Don’t waste your time and/or money. I’ve had Many covers and most last a yr or two, no problems or issues. This is ridiculous and borderline a scam. I’m going to lose thousands of dollars in my investments and they’re only worrying about replacing a item they cost them penny’s on a dollar to make. Disappointing and disgusting. I was super excited to build this, and use it for our nursery up at a new property. Unfortunately, about 40-50% of the poles came bent, damaged during shipping I assume, and then many of the ones that weren't bent didn't fit inside each other because the tips/ends were bent. So I was only able to assemble like 10% of it before I gave up and asked Amazon for help.

I love it and bought 2 of them and make it really long. It's not a well made heavy kind of thing. It's made well enough for what I need it for. I bought the bird netting from Amazon.

It is a lot bigger than my 10X20 foot frame of my greenhouse. The zippers get stuck and break about same second time you use them. No way to the the edges at the bottom down. I liked the strings to the open the Windows though.

Good quality material, and I received it very quickly. It wasn't exactly the right shape for my frame so I'm disappointed because so far its the best material I've tried so far.

The quality is very good, easy to put on, love the roll up windows...

It doesn't fit like the original one I purchased. But for the price you can't beat it.
