The set is so very beautiful and well made. The customer service sucks and it’s takes an act of God to get a shipping update, but I blame that on FED ex. The instructions are as if a child wrote them. That’s China for you!

A No-go for me
Took them apart and sent these back immediately after setting them up. They look like children's sofas. They were too firm for my taste, but they do seem sturdy for the price.

missing support legs in center on the 70" sofa
well the manufacture got back to me ... amazing people today some just dont care ,,, but this is not the case he or she immediately got back to me & offered to send me two additional legs for the sofa FREE OF CHARGE !!!! which i think is fantastic customer service ,& i love my sofas great buy...

I contacted the seller for replacement cushions. Still very happy with the product overall but very disappointed in response for cushion replacement I side warranty
