Great quality. Wonderful for outdoor use. Keeps food cool and flies away. Large eat to freeze ice packs. So useful.

Lightweight, easy to access from both sides, and very effective at keeping the pesky flies out of food. We really loved this piece! While we also used it on a bigger buffet table, it was perfect to set right in the middle of a table for a smaller group. Still left plenty of room for plates.

Gives a really nice look at parties. For foods the directly touch the pan, I would say it does keep the food cold. For food that doesn’t touch the pan directly, it keeps the food cool. Recommend getting another pair of reusable ice/gel packs to switch out once current ones aren’t as cold.

Keeps food cold. It’s huge so it’s awkward to wash & cumbersome to store. But it’s very useful. If I had more storage I’d probably own several. For us, 1 will have to be enough.

The media could not be loaded. I was pleasantly surprised! I’m a dessert outdoor market vendor and now that it’s getting hotter, I was looking for something that would keep my desserts cold but wouldn’t require a generator. It kept my desserts chilled for the entirety of my event! It exceeded my expectations and I will be getting another one!

As instructed, I filled the ice packs and froze them. After using the first time, I opened the packs to let them thaw and drain into the sink. After they thawed I found a thick, mushy substance in the ice packs, which made me wonder if it was a re-freezable material that just stayed in the pack instead of water. But the instructions online clearly say to fill the packs with water and freeze. There are no instructions that come with the unit to tell you anything about after-use care so I don't know if I should put the stopper back in and hope that no mold or mildew forms in the packs, or try to somehow get the thick clear sludge out of the packs. It's a great unit, but this is definitely a problem.

Very nice product. It has its cooling system.We will be using it in the farmers market to place samples on it. This will be perfect and it will keep the food very safe and healthy.

I was so excited when I got this for a event i had com8ng up. I wanted to make sure I had everything it said and sure enough the cold plate was missing.. bummer
