A copy of this print used to hang in the breakfast nook of my aunt and uncle's home. I've loved ever since I was a kid (I'm 64 now) and understood perfectly well what it meant even at a young age. I've wanted a copy of this print for years and years. It now hangs in my dining area. It reminds me often to be truly thankful for what I have, great or small. It humbles me often. This only disappointing thing is that it's a bit out of focus. Unless you're aware of it, you can't tell unless you're standing right up to it. I intentionally have it hanging over a sidebar table so that no one is able to actually stand right up to it. It is a copy of a painting so why is it out of focus? I'm well aware that it's a print of the original painting. It certainly wasn't painted out of focus. And as well, why did it not matter to the seller? However, I decided to keep it and I try to overlook the fact that it's not in focus but instead "focus" on the meaning of being thankful.

This print is like one my grandmother had so it reminds me of her.

Love this picture!!! I hung it over the kitchen table as a constant reminder of how grateful I am for everything in life. Many a times during life, I felt like the guy in the picture and though times are better for me, I am still grateful and never want to forget the past.

It is how I remember it. This hung in my grandmother 's house n my oldest son said he always wanted it, it reminds him of his great grandmother . It will be one of his Christmas presents and I'm sure he will love it
