From what I've read, you take 2 pills for 5 days and give it 2 days of rest. 5 on, 2 off, and every fourth week is a week you take off. Perfect, I've adapted my workout to something extremely similar so it fit right into my schedule!Currently I'm on my deload week where the volume, intensity and weight is decreased to give my body more time to recover, and on this I'm also setting aside the supplement. I have felt incrementally more energy within the first two weeks of taking the supplement. I have read that it takes about 3 weeks before you would really begin *feeling* it, but either through my mind pushing harder or some type of placebo effect taking place, drop set days have been a struggle but I can say I sincerely felt stronger those days!3 weeks in, and I have felt great! This product is affordable, and I'm interested in testing it and seeing if I can continue to improve my athleticism. I might update review as I continue, but I'm hoping to be able to report even more improvements after 3 months, potentially up to a year!For now though, I wholeheartedly would say do as much reading as you can because it is only beneficial to understand what you're putting in your body, but I have had a lot of positive results thus far!

Blood test to prove it, test is up in a big way. Mine was 902 ng/dL which is the upper end. I'm over 50 for reference.

Did not really realize what might be happening after I ran out... I take five different supplements to help with older guy stuff, after two or three days without "Thalacy 1600mg Fadogia Agrestis", I was having issues. Then I received my new order of it & can tell the difference with it in my system.

I have been disabled for 5 years and I just started back working out several months ago. Just trying to improve my health and lose some weight. I feel like in only a month and a half, from when I started, I hit a plateau. I went to the doctor and got blood work done and imagine that, low testosterone. I decided to start taking this supplement after doing some research on the Internet looking for something to increase my testosterone naturally before I started taking any kind of hormonal replacements. I didn't really notice any difference until the two-week mark of taking the supplement. After that, I noticed a decrease in soreness and the ability to perform longer while lifting weights. I stopped taking the supplement and after a couple of days, I noticed the extra soreness was coming back and I wasn't as able to lift for as long as I was lifting while on the supplement. I writing this review and offering at least a three-month supply!

My testosterone dropped below 300, my body would not respond to exercise like it used to. I knew it was low but I waited a long time to get tested. I had heard Andrew Huberman talk about these supplements on Rogan and I wanted to try them. When I finally tested and confirmed mt suspicions my doctor recommended TRT. I was hesitant but knew I had to do something. My goal has been to nurse my body back to health and wean myself off TRT. I micro dosed with subcutaneous injections for several months, along with taking these supplements. My T went over 1000, unfortunately my Estradiol was high too. I reduced my injections to see if it would level out. I have been completely off injections for a couple months now, but still taking this supplement. I plan on getting my level teated soon. My testicles disappeared while injecting, since taking this supplement and stopping the injections they are back to normal. A very notable difference in a short amount of time. I don't know where my level is now but that was a welcome change. These are easy to swallow despite their size and there is no notable taste. Great value for the low cost.

I may have plateaus but haven given up. Not much for t levels that I know of or can tell. I took ashwaganda which this now ilimated as it is included. Expect higher thirst from these but I didn't even crave coffee or energy drinks for 2 to 3 weeks. This did it for me. I'm on my second bottle taking 2 daily with meals. I did my research before taking as you should.
