This has happened twice since I"ve been ordering this product. It's typically white/cream.

Great stuff although a bit difficult to blend with developer. I have been coloring my own hair forever and using professional color makes a difference. It is quite thickand using an applicator bottle takes some strength. Worth the trouble!

GREAT product (if you know what you're doing) Not for beginners. But my hair is color resistant and this is the solution!! ebay undercuts these prices however.
