The pull up bar is solid. Once fixed correctly, it will not come out. But the bar thickness is very high. So unable to grip properly. Also, you can't do wide shoulder pull up since bar grip area length is short.

This is a good product but not super great. Recommend more strong product as it lacks stability.

It holds my weight easily, and easy to install, the screw are included which is good,the fome was not in good condition, and it is not portable, advice to set it in closed location
