I waited 1 month before submitting this review. I have had no problems with this case and have been very happy with it. Prior to ordering this case, we were enjoying our new Moto E4 Plus, but we experienced one problem. It was too easy to accidentally press the power button which is located on the side (instead of the top). This would put the phone to sleep or re-boot it when we didn't want this to happen. As I was searching for a case and reading reviews, I narrowed my choices down to four. I picked this case after reading reviews that this case would sometimes make it harder to press the power button. Wow, exactly what I was hoping for. Now having the case for 1 month, we have never accidentally pressed the power button when we didn't want to. And when we do want to press it, we are having no difficulty. We are very pleased.

Great fit, good grip and all the cutouts matchup exactly with US model. Definitely would recommend.

It's great. Fits the phone flawlessly and the phone looks like it doesn't have a cover on it. I like this kind of cover that gives some cushion from a drop, but doesn't make the phone so bulky. It's a good balance between protection and keeping the phone thin and usable. The only thing I'll say to be prepared for is the buttons on the side. They're plenty stiff at first, and it feels like you've got to put a lot of pressure on them. I found that taking something blunt like a pen with the ball point retracted and pushing it in into the cover's buttons will stretch and loosen them up a little. Obviously don't do that with the cover on the phone - take it off first. After some use, that stiffness goes away.

This case is perfect. It phones the phone exactly right. And unlike my other slip on phone case, it does not retain dust and dirt on the back too bad.It slightly increases the grip on the phone since it's not shiny, however it doesn't have a TON of extra grip like many cases do.The buttons are also just right. They have enough definition that they make them easier to find the button you need without looking, and they also reduce the accidental prices since you have to push the buttons a little harder when using the case.I highly recommend this case if you're looking for one that's easy to get off and does not increase the size of the phone by a lot.

It's hard to know what will happen when a phone drops, but since I'd already dented the battery cover on my less-than-week-old Moto E4 Plus (no performance impact, but a tad unsightly), a protective case of some kind seemed well-warranted. This simple case covers back, corners, sides, and side switches (it takes a little getting used to the different feel on the switches/buttons -- but some users say they've found the bare buttons to easy to hit by mistake, so this may help in that regard; at any rate, the case doesn't interfere significantly with their operation). I especially like the non-slip, easy-grip surface of the case.

This is a nice, slim case. It's did it's job for 2 years and counting after many drops. The only drawback is that the button covers are hard to push. You really have to press in hard. And that has worn out the buttons on the actual phone itself. I slapped a kickstand on the back and it has stuck well.

My fault I guess I thought the case made for the E4 would fit my E5. It does not. So I returned it. Also, I bought a Motorola case with the E5 as part of the deal, but thought the Dretal would be an improvement. Not so. Actually, in my opinion, the Motorola case seems better because it is made of a flexible material but fits snugly. The Dretal case seems kind of stiff. Anyway, I returned it because of my mistake in ordering the wrong size.

Amazon is Right to recommend this case out of the bewildering number of choices. This was my FOURTH attempt to find one for my new MOTO e4 Plus. Two of the rejects would NOT allow the phone to fit and a third wallet size one was much too fat to be usable once the phone and credit cars were put in. This little gem is sleek, slim, the phone fit with very little prodding, and seems to be very strong, made of a truly durable material. I love it!
