Don't Be In Love

I read this book in one day, that's how good it is. I found it while browsing Amazons book section. I couldn't put it down. I want to stress that my favorite part was the detail, it was the best I've ever read. From the location and the fashion and the way that Liana described it all! She put such a great amount of detail into this book, I can tell she cared about the way she wrote it. I loved her writing style too, it kept me hooked. Paired with the subtle Taylor Swift easter eggs, are you kidding me? I pretty much watched the movie in my head. Though, since I created the perfect movie in my head I would probably only be disappointed if they ever made one, but they still should because I would still watch it. I 100% see myself buying from Liana Cincotti again. I also can't forget to say that the dedication alone made me buy this book. It's a simple story in which the feelings can be easily relatable. I'm buying another copy to annotate because some of the lines hit home. ALSO, I only recall like 3 typos? And it was super easy to infer what it was supposed to be. Liana does warn us that she's sure there are many (I don't recall there being "many")AND the half chapters were the best touch. I read both online chapters and WOW WOW WOW, Liana wrote it so so great. I only wish it was in the book.Overall, buy the book, listen to Taylor Swift, the fashion and the characters and the details and the balls, I can't get over it.AND THE TROPE COME AWN!I can't stop thinking of good things to add to this review- BUY. THE. BOOK.ALSO- I'm kinda hoping for another one similar. I love the feeling of this book, the glamour and the dances and the fashion and the location. I don't know about the same story line but also maybe? Maybe James and Mia or Sabrina? Like we all keep in touch with each other and they live together or they don't but we see all these stories and see it all come together?NO I can't part with Addy she's my favorite character. MAYBE continue this story line about the stardome or YES maybe how she's doing with it all and maybe we get her back story? Her parents?? They come back for money? Sorry I'm just imagining because Liana has so much room to keep this series going and I am so excited to see it happen.

I got to chapter 3 and I noticed a switch in the pov it went from 3rd person to to 1st person throughout the first few chapters. There were missing parts of sentences and missing pronouns it might be how it was intended but I found it annoying.

Love the Taylor Swift lines here and there. I was captivated by the characters.

This book is the perfect beach read, and an absolute must read for anyone remotely interested in young adult romance novels. The character development and plot line kept me interested and engaged throughout the entire read and had me laughing out loud at parts of the dialogue. Comparable to Collen Hoover or Ali Hazelwood, the writing in this novel was incredible and I will be anxiously waiting for this authors next release!

the only thing i can say about this is that yes, there are typos and such. but you can overlook those. idk if anyone else’s copy had that issue but mine did, but with my already dyslexic brain, i just crossed it off mentally. but other than that this book was beautiful and deff worth the read.

As much as I wanted to love this book it just wasn’t any good. The writing felt forced, I discovered some typos, the characters were cliche and led unrealistic lives, and both the main character and her love interest struck me as very immoral. I also felt that the book held no connection to Taylor Swift as promised (which is why I bought it). Not my favorite.

Perfect romance novel

Loved this Taylor Swift themed book!! I couldn’t believe how many references there were in it. I loved Adelaide’s character and how she progressed throughout the book. Liana has a talent for writing, I couldn’t put this one down. Definitely the romcom I was looking for!

Found this book on TikTok and ordered it immediately. The story and the characters are incredible.Would love the read another book of her <3
