The item is broken

I love the fact that this was so easy to use!! I just had to roll it on my head in certain areas I wanted it. They might want to change the bottle though, it leaks. I have to make sure it stays straight up otherwise it leaks out the top. It seems like it works because I have noticed a little difference but not as much as I would of liked. I do like the fact that it does not make my hair look greasy when I apply it (like some do)!! Another thing I liked is that it did not make my head itch, I've tried some that make my head itch very bad and this one did not!
