Google Pixel 6a - Protective Phone Case - Charcoal

Great fit and very protective. I bought this case and also accidentally purchased one of the Google branded cases that look nearly identical and my honest opinion is this one is the better option over the branded case. It is easier to put on and just feels like the better more superior product. Seems more scratch resistant and also came with a screen protector so there's that. Overall a great product that feels like good quality.

Bought this case brand new at the end of July for my Pixel 6a. It's the official case from the phone maker themselves, and now priced at $10, it should be better than other cases for this phone... right? It may feel good at first, and initially I liked it - but only a month later, it started warping, i.e. the silicone layer was splitting away from the internal plastic layer. The warping just got progressively worse every month, until three months in when I decided to just discard this case and buy the Spigen Rugged Armor for $5 more that I should have just bought in the first place - I've owned multiple of those for different phones and they've all been great. I've even had cheap cases ($10 and less) from unknown brands hold up better than this in similar time, there is zero excuse for the official Google case to hold up so poorly - let alone for the $30 this case originally supposedly cost when it launched. As the title says, don't even bother buying this case and get literally anything else.

Only problem is that the case loses it's shape after 2 years. It's bulky but it seems to add protection

The case was great, but after 18 months, it began to loosen and warp. No idea why - never exposed to extreme temps or destructive chemicals, never removed from case - but finally today the phone simply fell out when it slipped from night table to rug. That's it. It would be dangerous to continue to rely on it now.

This was great for a couple months, but is now deformed and discolored. I'm not happy with this case at all. It initially fit perfectly, but after 3 months, the corners and button areas are warping away from the device.
