It is a good charger. Doesn't heat quickly. Charging speed is good. Still working perfectly after 1 year.

Absolute waste of money. There are two problems:1. Please see the pic. The charger is so wide that it blocks the switch next to it, which is where you usually find the switch. So there is always a loose connection there.2. The USB-C port itself is faulty. Even the original Apple cable doesn't fit in snugly. Keeps coming out and charge keeps going off.Absolutely disappointed with this product. And it's not cheap.

Update 11/15/2022--Amazon replaced the product for me. Amazon basics products have 1 year warranty though customer service did not know. I had to escalate and then customer service had me in touch with Amazon basics team. I will update how this product works after a few days.--11/20/2022It is only 10 days I got this product and USB A port is no longer charging.This product can't be trusted. I don't know how Amazon is putting its name behind such asubstandard product.Stay away from this and go for 4 star else this can be a waste of money.

I purchased an AmazonBasics charger with the expectation of a reliable product backed by a warranty, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The charger stopped working, and the advertised warranty has turned out to be nothing but an empty promise.Pros:- Initially, the charger worked fine and seemed like a reasonable budget option.Cons:- Failed Product: After a short period of use, the charger stopped functioning entirely, which was incredibly inconvenient.- False Warranty Claims: The product listing explicitly mentioned a warranty, but when I attempted to contact Amazon for support, there was no response whatsoever.- Lack of Accountability: It's frustrating when a company fails to stand by its advertised warranty, leaving customers in the lurch.My experience with this AmazonBasics charger has left me deeply dissatisfied. Not only did the product fail prematurely, but the complete lack of customer support regarding the supposed warranty is inexcusable. I would caution anyone considering this product to be prepared for potential issues without any reliable warranty coverage. In this case, you truly get what you pay for, and it's not worth the hassle or frustration.

More than value for money. Completely worth buying it. I wasn't sure before buying it as it Amazon is not an Electronics brand. But this charger is really superb. Both USB type-C ports provide fast charging and USB type-A port provide normal charging. Good to have multiple ports as I can charge my low-powered devices like Apple pencil, Airpods, old iPad on a 20 Watt port (Type-A) and for haigh powered devices like iPhone, power bank, ipad I use a 65 Watt port (Type-C).Using any two ports at the same time leads to slow or average charging for both connected devices.

This product seemed like the best solution to my multiple charging needs. I needed two usb c ports to charge my Samsung phone and watch simultaneously and the Usb A port to charge another device. However the product disappointed on a number of fronts. Firstly, it was difficult to plug it into a conventional three point switch plate because of the rather wide and bulky frame. Fortunately that was sorted by putting in a multiple. But the major issue was the fitting of the usb ports. Both my phone and watch usb cables didn't fit snugly in the ports which meant that either they kept falling out or they didn't charge with ease. I had to manipulate the cable connection to get them to charge. So all in all a very substandard product. Within 3-4 months of purchase it has virtually become useless. Amazon Basics is in my opinion becoming synonymous with poor quality. Not Recommended!!!
