I love this product, it really works; leaves my dishwasher clean and without a smell.

Super easy to use and convenient that you are able to use alone or while washing a load of dishes!! Really improved the smell of the dishwasher getting rid of the just old musty water smell and also got rid of all the hard water stains!

We moved into an older home and found the dishwasher not working very well. The previous owners obviously didn't ever do any DW maintenance. We found a lot of build up in the bottom, the water not completely draining out, a terrible smell coming out of it, the dishes still dirty, and the dishes not drying. I cleaned out the filter, which helped a little, but didn't solve all the problems. So we purchased the XROM dishwasher pro cleaner. We ran a cycle with a single tablet and found that it had removed much of the build up and smell, but not all. With all the build up from the previous owners lack of maintenance, there was a lot to clean out. So we ran another cycle with a single tablet. We found it had removed nearly all of the build up, the smelly odor was gone, and the water had completely drained. When we ran the next load of dishes, they came out clean, with no odor, and they were mostly dry. We've kept to a consistent maintenance using 1 tablet every other week, then 2 cups of Distilled Vinegar the weeks between tablet use. And our DW has stayed clean with no odor.

Meh...I used it several times, both alone and with dishes and dishwasher detergent, Not impressed. still have hard water marks. DW is only a year old.

My area has very high mineral content in the groundwater and hard water stains are the bane of my cleaning life.These tablets used once or twice a week has kept our new dishwasher looking new. There are no hard water deposits inside the washer.I like the scent. They are very easy to use: simply open the plastic for a tablet, hold it using the opened plastic covering, and drop it into the bottom of the dishwasher. You don't even need to touch the tablet.You can use it with a load of dishes or with an empty dishwasher. I tend to combine a load with the cleaning tablet. My dishes have no residue afterwards.The cost is reasonable. I will keep buying this brand.

Used 2 packets, then 1, then washed dishes. Dishes were clean and sparkling, plus the boost temp now working. cleaned hard water corrosion. I would recommend this product and plan to use once a month.

You'll need to run this on a monthly basis, I've tried to use it sparingly and the scaling continues to come back.

We have hard water so stains and sediment/scale build up in our dishwasher, on the mesh filters and on the heating elements which makes the dishwasher run less efficiently and cleans less effectively.I love this product and use one tablet once a month. It makes a huge difference in our dishwashers performance. My preference is to run the dishwasher empty with one tablet and you can see from my photos what a difference it makes from the before and after. (The before photo is 4 weeks of stains and buildup).I have tried other DIY's using vinegar etc but I find these tablets are much more convenient, and more effective because they dissolve slower in the dishwasher than vinegar so they do a better job of breaking down the scale buildup. They are so easy to use, pop one in your detergent tray and run a normal cycle and its done. They are cost effective based on the time they save me on manually cleaning my dishwasher and keeping my dishwasher running well.Tip: If you haven't used these tablets before and have a super dirty dishwasher- use 2 tabs the first time, one in the detergent tray and one in the bottom of your dishwasher.

Great product and great value.everithing is clean and No bad smell after use

Works very well. You may need 3 or 4 cycles if you haven't cleaned your dishwasher in a while. Works best when used at least once per week.

Not perfect but it did work. I like that they included a sponge in the package. Wish there was more product in the box.
