Ok I was super skeptical that this would even work at all. I tried it right away and followed the directions exactly. I started off with a test patch on my lower leg. I used warm water, very light pressure, moved in circles and was astounded that not only did the hair come off but my skin was then smoother than when I shave with a razor! I was so excited I immediately moved on to do the rest of my leg. But that's where the good news stops. This works for sure but it takes FOREVER. Just doing the lower part of half of my calf had me over it. Also, my skin is pretty sensitive and I now have a very, very red raw ankle with even a few friction nicks that drew blood even though I was as light as possible while still being effective. I wanted to like this and have it work for me so bad! But ultimately, it became clear that this just isn't for me and I switched to my razor to finish the shave. If you have tougher, not sensative skin and have a bit of patience and time to kill, this could be a holy grail product for you. The potential for that is there. But for me, this just wasn't it.

I have sensitive skin and you’ll definitely want to use water or moisturizer before using this product. It will rub your skin raw if you rub it in one area too long. Apply lotion onto area afterwards. Otherwise it’s a great alternative to shaving your legs and perfect for on the go.

I used something similar years ago though it was not a “crystal”. It does appear to remove hair on legs without pain. Be mindful of pressure when using because it is also exfoliating the skin. Don’t apply too much pressure either because it will not work well. Make sure legs are dry when you do this.I attempted on my armpit and bikini area since the description mentioned it was safe. I immediately noticed inflammation in both areas with no removal of hair. In fact my bikini area had some minor bleeding. So best to avoid that area.My legs are smooth, although not to the point that I would say I’m throwing away my razor. I made sure to hydrate my legs well with a serum and cream after for moisture.It’s not a bad tool, but it’s not going to be a tool I recommend for often use. (Maybe 1 a week/ever other)

Doesn’t work, as advertised.

Oh my...goodness gracious. This device works!!! I have thick course hair as you can tell from the pictures. And this thing rubs everything off. Hair, dirt, dead skin cells. It even works on my face. I have pcos and I have grown tired of shaving and using hair removal creams. I'm going to give an update of how long it takes my facial hair to grow back but it's been a week and the hair stubble is barely showing on my arms. If you rub too hard and/or don't moisten your skin then you will get skin irritation. Use a soft circular motion and watch your hair turn into lint basically. I'm so happy I found this. I'm recommending this to all of my friends.

It was good

I had high hopes for this product since the majority of reviews were good. I tried it for the first time last night… soaked legs in warm water and used warm water and the hair eraser product together. It didn’t take all my hair of my legs, some spots you had to do 2-3 times to have them seem smooth. Also even with the warm water when using the product and the aloe vera lotion I used afterwards my legs were left very irritated in some spots. Little reds bumps that hurt and itch slightly even a day later. I am returning the product and going back to my shaving cream and razors. So sad it didn’t work as promised.
